REFUNDS: Cancellation more than 30 days before date of booking - Full refund less £25.00 administration fee for each item booked. Cancellation less than 30 days before date of booking - Cancellation Fee is 75% Refund 25% for each item booked. Cancellation less than 7 days before the date of booking - Cancellation fee is 100%. Refund 0%. DURING THE HIRE PERIOD IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE SURE THE SCOOTER/S ARE NEVER USED OR STORED IN THE RAIN. THEREFORE, PLEASE ARRANGE BEFORE BOOKING A SCOOTER THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO STORE IT IN A SUITABLE DRY PLACE I.E: CARAVAN/CHALET OR CAR BOOT. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND/OR A CLAIM AGAINST YOUR HOME INSURANCE WILL NEED TO BE ACTIONED TO COVER THE COST OF A REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.
